POEMATA magazine for poets

Bonjour/Welcome

Early one morning on the beach in Cancun, I watched these funny little birds claiming their chairs in their own way! It was entertainment at its finest!
You have to get up early,
In order to get a chair,
Those who sleep a little late,
Won’t find one anywhere.
For hotel guests to claim a seat,
Their towel will be enough.
But these funny little black birds,
Claimed seats with their own stuff.
