If you are already an affiliate, you do not need to re-qualify. If you would like to add new works to your works list without using the RMS, please follow the guidelines in the "Providing a Works List to Access Copyright" guide sheet (email me for PDF). Since you are already an affiliate you do not need to send photocopy samples.

Authors applying for affiliation would need to complete the affiliation agreement and send it in with a works list and photocopy sample. We have a kit for people applying for affiliation that contains all the forms and documents they need. If you know of any authors that want to apply, please forward my contact information to them so that they can request a kit from me.
